With more than 17 years in the real estate industry he's been an effective property manager, achieved the designation recognized by professionals worldwide - ARM (Accredited Residential Manager). He's also an experienced commercial property inspector with over 5 billion dollars in assets reviewed annually for lending institutions for the purpose of due diligence, repair verification, & Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac guidelines accountability. Curt has taken defunct mixed use commercial properties and turned them from a liability to profitable. He's assisted with the formation of HOA's and redistribution of assets for the purpose of achieving lender financing to improve the financial infrastructure of the property.
